The business activities "Intermediary and Agency for real estate purchase, sale and lease, Real estate management, etc" became possible in BG after the political changes started in 1989-1990. 

After these changes we organized a private lawyer's office. The lawyers from this office had some of the first real estate companies in Varna as their clients. The work with real estate companies showed how closely the lawyer's work was connected with the work of the real estate companies. 

So the idea for the new company was born …

In the summer of 1995 we established the ATRIUM company, with the purpose of offering our clients all-round real estate services.

What is the difference between us and the rest real estate companies?

The owners and partners of the company are all lawyers. The company personnel has predominantly university juridical education. The personal work with all clients is a guarantee for the best quality of the professional property services, legal advice and assistance we offer.

In 2001, after long and hard competitors struggle with about 10 other Bulgarian real estate companies, the company was selected to take part in the film of Channel 4 "A place in the sun".

The company works on the eastern Bulgarian property market and the entire Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

Our foreign clients are from: the UK, Germany, the USA, Israel, Switzerland, Russia.

The company has CIPS /Certified International Property Specialist certificate/. 

The company is a member of the National Real Property Association - Bulgaria and FIABCI - Bulgaria /World association of the profession in Real estate/.
